Studio Apartments Standard:
Is 8’8 x 13’5 in size (2.7m x 4.1m) with an additional bathroom and mini kitchen. 
The standard studio apartment is serviced 3 times per week to include linen and towel changes.
The Executive studio apartment
Is 17’8 x 13’9 in size (5.4m x 4.2m) with an additional bathroom, walk in wardrobe and mini kitchen. I have also enclosed some photos for your review.

One Bedroom Apartments
The one bedroom apartment is 15’7 x 15’5 in the reception room and 12’3 x 8’8 in the bedroom with an additional bathroom, wardrobe and mini kitchen.

All prices are including VAT, All utilities, Gas, Electric, water and council tax and include internet use with no charge in all apartment units for corporate clients. Apartment guest can enjoy all the hotel facilities to include the gym and are offered a discount of 15% on all food and beverages, to include room service, restaurants and the hotel bar.

Our serviced apartment must be booked for a minimum of 90 days (3 months) for any duration. We can only put to lead names on a tenancy agreement within a 3 month period.
