A very chic top-floor flat, newly renovated and furnished in style, reminiscent of a private gentleman`s club. It has great in-house entertainment, excellent kitchen facilities and is comfortable and smart through-out. Winner of a gold award by Enjoy England Tourist Board in 2009 for exceptional quality and service in accommodation.

This compact flat is very well laid out and appears bright and spacious. The Living room has handsome leather seating and large Georgian windows overlooking a row of magnificent beech trees into Victoria Park. When you are not out seeing the magnificent Bath sights you can lounge with a large high-definition TV with DVD and CD player with surround sound. There is a small library of classic literature and DVD`s. There`s also a writing desk, and a fold down table to seat 2.

The kitchen will bring out the gourmet in you. With fitted storage and lots of work-top space, it is stocked with gorgeous gadgets and a generous store of herbs and spices. There is a food processor, kitchen-aid mixer and great utensils and bake-ware, along with an electric Neff oven and hob, a microwave, a separate fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The sensuous claret bedroom has a large double bed with comfortable Mirror form mattress and crisp white sheets. There is a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. Views from the window take in pretty walled gardens, allotments, the park up to the Approach golf-course and hills surrounding Bath. The contemporary bathroom has a large corner shower, wc and basin fitted against a mirrored wall with lots of fitted storage.

Marlborough Buildings is a grand stone terrace set alongside The famous Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. It is a short stroll past glorious Georgian architecture to Bath city centre with its myriad of shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. At the top of Marlborough Buildings is Marlborough Tavern, a gastro pub and the Approach Golf Course where you can play a compact 18 hole course whilst enjoying marvellous views of Bath and the surrounding countryside. Around the corner at St. James Square there are good local amenities; a newsagents, chemists, coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store and florist.

Parking permite is provided with this property allowing you to park on the street out front or neighbouring streets. Alternatively Charlotte street car park is located around the corner (£8/day) or there is unrestricted street parking only 5 minute walk away. The train and bus station are a 10-15 minute walk away.
