Take the scenic road to Bath, park up outside your front door and live a life of luxury in this jewel of an apartment in the centre of historic Bath. Awarded 5 stars by the English Tourist Board for quality and service.

Recently renovated throughout in April 2009 and beautifully furnished, this stylish period apartment on the first and second floors has retained original features alongside contemporary décor. It is tranquil and luxurious, with lovely views of Bath and surrounding hills, a car-parking space for one car, with all that Bath has to offer practically on your doorstep.

Uncork the champagne in the sparkling black granite and glossy cream kitchen. It is well equipped with plenty of cookware, china and glass, a huge fridge/freezer, a gas hob and double electric oven, a microwave, and a combined washing machine and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.

Live the life of riley in the lustrous gold living room with a large sofa to languish on and two leather chairs in front of a grand decorative fireplace and lovely views of passing riverboats and leafy trees beyond the shimmering curtains. There is a dining table here that comfortably seats 4.

Head upstairs and recline in the elegant bedrooms - one dressed in silver and black with king-sized bed and Vi-sprung mattress, a built-in wardrobe and lots of drawer space and fine views, and the other in rich shades of cream with twin beds that can zip together to become a super king size bed. The contemporary bathroom has been completely tiled in limestone with a long bath (with shower over), a wc and generous hand basin set into drawers.

Positioned just behind the traditionally artisan Walcot Street, the apartment is quiet for a city location, with all amenities close-by. There is a Waitrose supermarket along the road and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants, with Sukothai and Aqua Italian Restaurant at the end of Orchard lane.

Treat yourselves to the warm bubbling waters of the Thermae Spa, be entertained at the Theatre Royal, the Little Theatre Cinema or Komedia Comedy Club. Indulge yourself in the gorgeous boutiques, immerse yourself in the culture with many fine museums and galleries and revel in the grand Georgian architecture surrounded by many lovely parks and gardens. Although you certainly do not need a car when in Bath there is a private parking space for 1 car out front the property. Alternatively the train and bus stations are a ten minute walk away. .
