DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is located in Sants-Montjuïc district, it is next to other
Barcelonan districts such as the Eixample at the north east, Les Corts at the
northwest and with another town, l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, located in the
south. It is a strategic enclave, between the Gran Vía 1 fairground (Plaza
Espanya) and Gran Vía 2 fairground (Montjuïc) very close to Gran Via 2, one of
Barcelona's biggest leisure and shopping centers. At the same time, it is
totally in the middle of Sants district, an area with an important identity
feeling. This apartment is situated in a peaceful area provided with open spaces
and nice gardens, a beautiful square that you can see from the balcony. That's
why it is perfect to rest, to go for a walk or to keep the children entertained.
Situated a few meters away from the Gran Via street, one of the main highways in
the city, it has a fluid communication with the city center and the airport
through bus, metro and train. The Gran Via-Plaza España apartment is a new flat
very comfortable and with all kind of luxury. It has lift and parking in the
same building. If you want the parking advise at the moment of making the

WHERE IS THE APARTMENT:
How to arrive:
The apartment is located close to the following subway stops;
Hostafrancs (L1) and España (L3). 15 minutes by foot from Sants
Train Station. Fromthe Prat airport it is possible to arrive at the
apartment by train (RENFE) with the line 1 (C1) to Sants Train
Station. From there, you can go directly to the apartment by foot or
take the subway from Sants to España (line 3) but there are just two
subway stops. An other option is to take a taxi from the airport
that will cost you around 15 euros, depending on the traffic. If you
are coming from the Girona airport, take the Barcelona Bus which
will drop you off at Nord Bus Station, close to Arco de Triunfo.
From there, you must take the metro L1 (red) to Hostafrancs. Getting
there from the Metro stop Hostafrancs: take the street Moianes until
a gasstation and here, turn to the left. Find the number 2nd in
front of a bar named "Dolça"
The area
This apartment is located next to the enclosure of the Fira of
Barcelona, that's why it is a perfect accommodation if the reason of
your stay is visit the fairground. The tourists also found many
facilities, because it is a few meters away from the Barcelona's
central Train Station, and very well communicated downtown. It is an
area full of restaurants and shopping (specially in Gran Via 2
shopping center) but the concrete situation of the apartmentgives
you the necessary tranquillity that guarantee you a comfortable
stay.
