WHERE IS THE APARTMENT:
How to arrive:
If you arrive at Barcelona-El Prat airport you have two possibilities:
1- Taking the "Cercanías" train to Plaza Catalunya. From there you can walk to the apartment or taking the green line (L3) in the direction of Zona Universitaria and get off at Liceo station.
2- Taking the Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya. From there you can walk to the apartment or taking the green line (L3) in the direction of Zona Universitaria and get off at Liceo station.
If you arrive at Girona-Costa Brava airportyou must take the Sagales bus to Paseo Sant Joan, close to Plaza Tetuán. From there take the purple line (L2) in the direction of Paral.lel to Passeig de Gràcia. Then, take the green line (L3) in the direction of Zona Universitaria to Liceu.
The area
The apartment is located close to Plaça Sant Jaume, where it's situated the town hall and the Palau de la Generalitat. Not far from the apartment there's the Ramblas, one of the most touristic places in Barcelona that goes from Plaça Catalunya to the Port Vell where the city opens to the sea.
The apartment is also near to Plaça Reial, the heart of the Gothic Quarter where you can find some restaurants, discotheques, bars and the beautiful old cathedral. Wander around and soak up the atmosphere !
