Walk 10 minutes from Cannes Carnot and you'll be standing on Cannes' famous Croisette and its sandy beaches, the Palais des Festivals or the old port and its mind-boggling array of restaurants.

The starlet of the French Riviera is also home to the annual International Film Festival and offers a host of leisure activities - choose to indulge in an afternoon of water sports, shop to your heart's content, play a round of golf or perhaps, just take it easy and laze on the beach. Or maybe you feel like heading across the waves to the island of Sainte-Marguerite, said to be where the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask was imprisoned. Whatever you choose, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Situated in a quiet street only a few steps away from the train station and less than 10 minutes on foot from the Palais des Festivals, this 3-star establishment with an indoor garden offers you 58 flats in 2 wings of 3 and 5 floors, including 34 two-person studios, 5 studios for 3, and 19 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. All of them are air-conditioned.
In the studios, choose to sleep on a sofa bed or 2 single beds. In apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom.

Ideal Location
The prestigious Croisette and beaches are just a stone's throw from your Apart'hotel. From April to September, you can have access to a private beach – just ask reception for your special beach-pass.
The Cannes harbour merits a stroll, and the Castre museum and the Suquet are well worth a visit; Enjoy exquisite views from Notre-Dame-d'Espιrance, especially from Mont Chevalier and if you feel like venturing a little further afield, check out the castles of La Napoule, and across the bay, the isles of Lιrins. Endless attractions await you inland – from the crystalline massif of the Tanneron Mountains to the red porphyry of the Esterel, marvel at the beauty of this protected natural environment. Cannes is a feast for the senses.

Comfort and Convenience
All studios and apartments have a bathroom with separate toilet (except for people with reduced mobility), a fully-equipped separate kitchen area with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, TV with satellite channels and direct-line phone, hairdryer and individual safety deposit boxes.
House linen provided. Linen is changed regularly and house-cleaning is provided once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. Beds are made up for your arrival. 3 of our apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
