Overview
Located in the heart of a shopping area, just a few minutes from the Palais des Congrès Acropolis and the Palais des Expositions, the Nice Buffa is only 100 metres from the legendary Promenade des Anglais. It is an ideal basepoint from which to discover the attractions of the French Riviera's capital city. Famous for its colorful houses, the Cours Saleya and flower market, the museums -Matisse, Chagall, Modern and Contemporary Art will not fail to delight. The Gallo-Roman site at Cimiez and the Russian Orthodox Church all add to the magic of this city with an Italian soul. The studios come with sofa beds. In the apartments, there are sofas in the lounge rooms and two single beds in the bedrooms. Ideal Location The Citadines at Nice Buffa is ideally located – it is just 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais which lined with palm trees and luxury hotels. It is also close to the Masséna museum, and is only 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone and 15 minutes from the Fine Arts Museum. While in Nice, you must visit the Cours Saleya with its flower market, the Russian Orthodox church, the Gallo-Roman site of Cimiez, the museums of Chagall and Matisse and the old town. For more culture in the evening, take in a show at the Opera or theatre, or perhaps you’d rather try your luck at the casino. Residents at this Apart’hotel are privy to a beach pass, available between April and Septembe. With this pass, you will have access to a nearby private beach. Comfort and Convenience The property is equipped with a central air cooling system that is usually switched on between mid-May and September when the weather gets warmer. Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a separate toilet in the three person studios and one bedroom apartments. Each apartment also comes with a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, oven microwave and fridge. TVs with satellite channels and direct-line phones are available in all apartments and hairdryers are available on request. Breakfast is served in all apartments Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements.
