Overview
Renowned for its aeronautic, space, electronics and biotechnological industries, Toulouse is also the capital of the Midi-Pyrénées region and is an important agricultural centre.

Choice of Apart'hotel
The 3-star establishment offers you 104 flats in two wings of 4 and 9 floors, including 78 two-person studios, and 26 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. In studios, choose to sleep on double or single sofa beds. The apartments are furnished with sofa beds in the lounge area and one double bed or two single beds in the bedroom. All our apartments are air-conditioned.

Ideal Location
Lovers of art and architecture will be in heaven here. Just walk 5 minutes from the Apart'hotel and you will be in the Capitole square or the ‘Pink City'. Here, Saint-Etienne cathedral, Saint-Sernin basilica (the largest Roman church in France) and the Jacobin cloister are sure to dazzle you. Less well known about this place is that there are 29 works retracing Toulouse's history by the Moretti housed here. The collection extends for 100 metres under the arches' gallery.
For theatre lovers, don't miss a visit to the la Halle aux Grains, the renovated theatre at Capitole or the new théâtre de la Cité. Lovers of South Western cuisine will love traipsing around the restaurants around Place Wilson, where shops and cinemas also abound.

Comfort and Convenience
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill and dishwasher and fridge. All apartments have TVs with satellite channels and direct-line phones. Hairdryers are available on request.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 5 studios are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
