The Regents Court apartments are minutes away from the city centre, with its host of fine bars and restaurants. After recent refurbishment of the town centre, Festival Place and The Walks now provide a commercial and retail heart to Basingstoke.
A local cinema is within walking distance, as is a Sainsbury’s supermarket.

The major industrial and commercial centre of Basingstoke is well situated for access to London and Heathrow, as well as beautiful surrounding villages and the countryside of Hampshire.

Regents Court is only five minutes walk from Basingstoke rail station, where South West Trains provide services to Reading, Winchester, Farnborough and Woking. Regent’s Court apartments are also a seven minute drive from the M3 motorway.
