This
Edwardian block, in a central residential location, consists of 29
differently designed and well furnished serviced apartments, each with
its own character and style.
Close to public transport and
a few minutes walk to the "airbus" stop, the Earls Court Road Exhibition Center
is a short distance away and Olympia can be easily reached by a special train.
The apartments range in size
from studios to 3 bedroom apartments, the larger apartments having 2 or
3 bathrooms. The Mansion type apartments are specially spacious, many of
them have separate dining rooms with eat-in kitchens and are ideal for
entertaining.
The
kitchen is well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave oven, full size
cooker and large fridge/freezer. The more spacious apartments also have
dishwashers.
Studio
Direct line telephone, satellite television, stereo, kitchen with
microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster,
double pull down murphy bed, bathroom with combined bath/ shower.
One bedroom
Direct

with twin or double beds as required and a double sofa bed in the living

Smaller

Reception is open 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (not bank holidays) and
between 08:00 and 10:00 for check outs over the weekend. Arrival details
are required for all reservations, and if arrival is outside office
hours Management will ensure somebody is present to check the
guests in. Faxes can be sent and received from reception at a charge.
Hair dryers and alarm clocks can be requested from reception at no
charge.
There
is an elevator in the building, although some apartments are accessed by
a flight of stairs as well (generally no more than 1 flight). There is a
dry cleaners/ Laundromat across the street if guests require these
facilities. All apartments have a door entry system, iron and ironing
board and central heating.

Located within a 5 minutes walk of Earls
Court underground station, on the Piccadilly and District lines, serving
the whole of London, also with bus stops close by, travelling in and
around London is so easy from Earls Court. The Earls Court Exhibition
Centre is 7 minutes walk away and it is just one stop by underground to
Olympia’s Exhibition Halls.
