Munich Arnulfpark Serviced Residence is located in West Munich, Germany. At 15 minutes walk from Marienplatz, the epicentre, shopping hub of Munich and the Central Railway Station.  Munich Arnulfpark has easy accessibility to the airport and major points of interest in the city.
Choice of Apart'hotel
Located in the privileged new quarter of Arnulfpark, which is only a few minutes away from the central station, historical center, close from Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) and headquarters of different multinational companies. It offers 146 accommodations over 6 floors: 96 studios for one to two persons, 46 apartments for one to four persons and 4 apartments for one to six persons. There is a large bed in each studios. In the apartments you will have a convertible sofa in the lounge and a large bed in the bedroom.
Ideal Location
Ideally located at the foot of the Alps, Munich is the capital of Bavaria. It gathers culture, arts, conviviality and economic dynamism. Numerous cultural and sportive events, exhibitions, trade fairs, national and international congresses all year long, the most popular being the beer festival ( Oktoberfest, at the end of September).
Absolute must: The historical city center “Altstadt/Marienplatz” which is a pedestrian zone where you will find monuments, museums, concerts hall, operas and theatres.
Comfort and Convenience
Each studios and apartments has a bathroom (with hair dryer), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher…), a TV with satellite/cable channels and a telephone with IDD facility. Towels and linens are furnished (weekly cleaning and change free of charge once a week). Beds are made before your arrival. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements.
