Prior booking, please ensure  that you are fully aware of the terms below.

Please advise reservations if you do not wish the driver to wait beyond the 45 minutes.

Drivers will be in the terminals approximately 30 minutes after the flight has landed and will wait 55 minutes.
This allows 1 hour and 25 minutes from flight landing for passengers to meet their drivers.
Excess after this time will be charged at £20:00 per half hour.
Prices are based on transfers to and from Central London W1
Departures to more than 1 terminal will incur an excess of £12:00 per terminal.
It is the clients obligation to make contact with their driver at the airport- he will be waiting at the arrival gate with the lead name on a large card. Clients names will not be announced on the Tannoy system. We cannot accept any responsibility for the clients missing a driver. Any problems must be telephoned through to the mobile telephone number provided  before leaving the airport in question. Please note: The driver will take the clients luggage from the airport and bring at the entrance and due to parking restrictions he will not be able to take luggage any further. All transfers in from London Airports to Central London allow one hour from actual flight landing for passengers to make contact with drivers. 

Car reservation procedure:

• Exact arrival flight details will be required.

• The name of the party and the number of persons to be transferred.

• The number of persons indicated are including infants.

• The price quoted is per trip.

Payment: Prepaid with the accommodation provided the accommodation has been booked through Holiday Serviced Apartments Ltd. All Credit Card payments are subject to 4%. surcharge.
