Overview
Situated in Southern France and 30km north of Marseille, Aix-en-Provence is also known as a town of art and a town of water because of the thousands of fountains in the city. The Citadines Aix de Bouffan, just opposite La Fondation Vasarely, a museum dedicated to the Hungarian-born French Abstract Painter, is the perfect spot to start your explorations.

The Apart'hotel is within reach of the city centre. There, you can amble along the famous Cours Mirabeau's shady boardwalk, tasting the southern French lifestyle in shops and sidewalk cafes. Or perhaps splash in the city's numerous historical fountains – one of the city's finest is in the vicinity. Discover the city's many treasures in the old city of Aix, the cathetral of St-Sauveur and the Musee Granet in the former priory of the Knights of Malta.

Choice of Apart'hotel
Located to the west of the town, the Apart'hotel is directly accessible by motorways A8 and A51/Rocade Ouest, and is just a few minutes by car from the centre of Aix-en-Provence.

The 3-star establishment has an attractive outdoor swimming pool and garden. It offers you 125 apartments in 3 buildings, including 85 one or two-person studios and 40 one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 people.

In the studios, sofas or pullout beds are available. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and two single beds in the bedroom.

Ideal Location
Aix de Provence is an ideal spot from which to explore the South of France. From here, you are approximately half an hour from the rocky inlet of Cassis where you can hike to your heart's content. If history and culture is more your thing, a tour of Aix en Provence is a chance to travel back in time. Its architectural and cultural heritage is accessible to everyone, treasures that you will discover simply by walking around the town.

Best of all, the Apart'hotel is directly opposite the architectural research and exhibition centre (Vasarely foundation). In town, you can visit the Granet, Arbaud and tapestry museums; discover the Cours Mirabeau with its tree-lined promenade, as well as old Aix with the town hall and especially the Saint-Sauveur cathedral with its cloister.

Comfort and Convenience
All studios and apartments have a bathroom with separate toilet (except for people with reduced mobility), a fully-equipped separate kitchen area with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, TV with satellite channels and direct-line phone, hairdryer and individual safety deposit boxes.
House linen is provided. Linen is changed regularly and house-cleaning is provided once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and charged according to your requirements. Beds are made up before your arrival. 4 of our apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
