Just around the corner from the famous Marché
Daguerre - a pedestrian street entirely devoted to gastronomic
pleasures ! Bakers, cheese and regional speciality stores,
restaurants buzz with locals, while others just watch the world go by
from pavement cafés. The area used to be, and still is, a haunt of
that particular species - the Parisian intellectual, as well as jazz
musicians, etc . Two metro lines will take you direct in 15 mins. or
less to the Latin Quarter, Boulevard St Michel, Ile de la Cité, Notre
Dame, the Conciergerie and much more. Direct bus to Musée
d’Orsay. RER line to both airports. A real Parisian quartier, near to everything but will not break the budget !
