Your Rental Includes:

• Supply of towels and bed linen
• Use of a telephone for a flat charge of  
  20 Euro per week (incoming and local calls only, outgoing long distance calls possible using AT&T and Sprint)
• If the apartment is not left in a clean state upon departure, cleaning may be charged extra at 10 -15 Euros  per hour
• When not included in the price, electricity for heating and hot water listed below

Baby sitting: 8 €per hour approx. when available.
Cleaning: 10 € per hour approx.
GPA Insurance:
Note: These are current rates for up to one month, and may well go up in
spring 99. We will give you an exact quote with each invoice. Definition of
number of rooms for insurance purposes is subject to certain conditions.

Minimum Stay 5 Nights:
In some cases a four night stay may be possible for a small extra charge
