town hall, The Polygon, and is near Polygone shopping centre, Corum and
an Olympic-size swimming pool.

Anne's Church, for the Place de la Com้die with its opera, numerous
cinemas and restaurants, the Mus้e Fabre filled with sumptuous
collections of 19th-century paintings, the botanical garden; and for its
beautiful beaches only a 10-minute drive away.

The 3-star establishment offers you 125 apartments over 3 floors,
including 17 studios for 1 person, 51 two-person studios, 7 three-person
studios, 46 one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 people and 4
two-bedroom apartments for 6 people, all with air-conditioning.
In studios choose between sofa and pullout beds. In apartments, there is
a sofa or pullout beds in the lounge area and two single beds in the
bedroom.
Ideal Location
The centre of Montpellier is one of the most animated and pleasantly
relaxing towns in the south of France. Attractions near you include the
Promenade du Peyrou and Arc de Triomph, the Jardin des Plantes and Fabre
museum, and the quaint little streets of the old town around
Sainte-Anne. While youre here, take advantage of the Opera, cinemas,
restaurants and chic shops around place de la Com้die.
And when you feel like relaxing some more and soaking in the sun, drive
down to the Mediterranean beaches, only a 10 minute away by car.

Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom, a fully-equipped separate
kitchen area complete with stove, microwave and fridge, TV with
satellite channels and a direct-line phone.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and
towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning
service is available on request and is charged according to your
