Located at the foot of the Saint-Philippe hills, this 3-star establishment offers you 81 apartments over 7 floors, including 65 two-person studios, and 16 one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 people. All our apartments are air-conditioned and have balconies. It also has an indoor garden.
In the studios, choose between a sofa or pullout beds. In apartments, choose to sleep on sofas or pullout beds in the lounge area and a double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location
The Apart'hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Fine Arts museum and is 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais. It is also within easy reach of Massιna museum and the old town is easily accessible by car.
When you're here, don't miss the Cours Saleya with its flower market, the Russian Orthodox Church, the Gallo-Roman site of Cimiez and the Matisse and Chagall museums. For more culture in the evening, take in a show at the opera or theatre, or maybe you want to try your luck at the casino.
With your special beach pass available at a special rate from April to September, you will also have access to a nearby private beach to rest and relax.

Comfort and Convenience
Each studio and apartment is air-conditioned and has a balcony. All of them house a bathroom with a separate toilet, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, fridge and dishwasher, TV with satellite channels, a direct-line phone, hairdryer, hi-fi system and safe deposit box.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 2 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
