The 3-star establishment, which has a private indoor garden, offers you 67 apartments over 8 floors, including 62 studios for 2 people (of which 22 are connected) and 5 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. The studios are furnished with sofa beds or pullout beds. In apartments there are sofas or pullout beds in the lounge area.

Considered one of the liveliest in the capital, the Montparnasse area boasts of numerous theatres and cafés-theatres, restaurants serving all types of exotic cuisines from far away lands, cinemas, and endless boutiques and shopping alleys around the Montparnasse tower, rue de Rennes and rue du Cherche-Midi.
The picturesque Luxembourg gardens are just a 5-minute drive away by car; Saint-Germain-des-Prés is 3 stops away on the metro; and Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park is a 15-minute car journey away.

Comfort and Convenience
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer, a separate toilet in the one-bedroom apartments, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, fridge, microwave/grill, and dishwasher in most studios. All apartments have hi-fi systems, TVs with Canal+ and satellite channels, safe deposit boxes and direct-line phones. A second line for computer connection is available on request.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
