Overview
This Apart'hotel is situated at the crossroads of two very different worlds – on one side of the square lies Chinatown, with its exotic sights and smells as well as its restaurants and supermarkets. On the other, is a typically French scene- the Butte-aux-Cailles village is filled with quiet cobbled streets, small houses and bistros.
It overlooks a tree-lined street, and is in an important economic area just a few minutes from the Ecole nationale des Arts and Métiers, Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital and the Latin Quarter. From your Apart'hotel, you can take a stroll in the Jardin des Plantes and Natural History Museum, or head towards the Bibliothèque Mitterrand (the new National Library). And when you feel like some excitement, head to the Latin quarter nearby.
Absolute musts: the Manufacture des Gobelins, home to the state weaving companies, founded 300 years ago and still producing tapestries.

Choice of Apart'hotel
The 3-star establishment offers you 168 apartments, all with air conditioning over 8 floors, including 129 studios for 1 or 2 people, and 38 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. The studios are furnished with sofa beds or pullout beds. In apartments choose between a sofa or 2 separate beds in the lounge area and one double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location
The Apart'hotel is located in a typical French area - the very quaint Butte aux Cailles is filled with charming streets and little bistros. Thee Jardin des Plantes with its Natural History Museum, the François Mitterrand Library (the TGB), the famous Chinese Quarter and the Gobelins tapestry workshop are all attractions within easy reach. Bercy sports arena, Censier and Jussieu universities and the Arab World Institute are also a short distance away. Movie lovers will be pleased to know that there is a wide-screen cinema just outside the Apart'hotel.

Comfort and Convenience
All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have their own bathrooms, with separate toilets in the one-bedroom apartments. There is a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher in all apartments. Each apartment also has a desk, TV with satellite channels, direct-line phone and a hi-fi system.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 8 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
