It is located in a legendary quarter, the crossroad of all cultural trends, where charming cafés, antiques dealers, art galleries and stylish fashion boutiques abounds. The banks of the Seine are lined with second-hand book dealers. From here, you can admire the magical view- the Pont Neuf and the île de la Cité, with the Vert-Galant headland and the Place Dauphine, the Conciergerie (medieval prison) and, a little further downriver, the prestigious Louvre Museum and Musée d'Orsay.

This 3-star establishment offers you 204 apartments over 7 floors, including 142 two-person studios and 62 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. All our apartments are air-conditioned. In the studios, choose to sleep on a double sofa bed or twin sofa bed. Each apartment is furnished with a twin sofa bed in the lounge area and one double or two single beds in the bedroom.

The traditional second-hand book dealers outside the Apart'hotel are a good introduction to the charm and ambience of this city of Romance.
The Apart'hotel is also within easy reach of the Institut de France and the Passerelle des Arts which leads to the Louvre, the entire Saint-Michel is open to you here - its maze of quaint little streets, numerous restaurants and chic boutiques will surely charm you.
Saint-Germain, the Sainte-Chapelle and Notre-Dame are all close by. And should you feel like escaping the city, the nearby Place Dauphine or the Vert-Galant gardens on the Ile de la Cité will give you peace and quiet.

Comfort and Convenience
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer, a separate toilet, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill and dishwasher and fridge. All apartments have hi-fi systems, TVs with Canal+ and satellite channels, safe deposit boxes and direct-line phones.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 13 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
