RESIDENCE INFORMATION
The Residence is situated in a residential area, 200 m from the bay and a 5-minute walk from the town centre.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
- TIMES: Arrivals on Saturday between 5 and 8 p.m..
Please notify the Residence if you will be arriving late.
Departures on Saturday before 10 a.m.
- RECEPTION: Monday -Friday: 9 to noon and 3-to-7 p.m. Saturday: 8-to-10 a.m. and 5-to-8 p.m., Sunday: 10 a.m. to noon. Closed on Wednesdays.
- DEPOSIT: € 200 to be paid upon arrival
- VISITORS’ TAX to be paid on site (for information purposes)
Adults: € 0.70 per day– Children ages 4-10: € 0.35 per day

Discovering the region
The resort
Arcachon is a choice holiday location all year round, due to its mild climate, unspoilt nature and all the advantages of the liveliest resort on this part of the coast. A stone’s throw from the vineyards of Bordeaux, between the Atlantic Ocean in the west and the Landes forest in the south, discover the charms of the incomparable Arcachon Bay, a vast triangular indentation fringed with picturesque villages.
- The Winter Quarter, with its sumptuous 19th C. villas in the middle of a pine forest.
- The Summer Quarter and the Port of Arcachon, a mix of fishing boats and pleasure craft.
- The seafront promenade, its restaurants and the 2 km-long Pereire beach.

Water sports: sailing, windsurfing, fun boarding, surfing, body boarding, water-skiing, rowing, scuba diving, boat trips and fishing trips, canoeing and kayaking on La Leyre, off-shore fishing, jet-ski.
Golf courses at Arcachon (3 km) and Gujan-Mestras (12 km), tennis, archery, target-shooting, hang-gliding and paragliding, squash, weight-training, gymnastics, 120 km of cycle paths, fitness centre, seawater therapy, horseriding.
Casino (slot machines, roulette, black-jack), Conference Centre, discos, cinemas, piano bars etc.
Aquacity:
Go-karting 20 km away.
10 km from Arcachon with slides and wave pool. Kid Park-Ile d’Aventures (theme park for children).
La Teste de Buch zoo (11 km), La Coccinelle animal park with 800 domestic animals and free games (fairground rides, mini-train, mountain bike track, mini-golf, pool etc.)

HOW TO GET THERE
By road:
A10 motorway, then A63 slip road to Arcachon. At the Place de Verdun (war memorial in the middle), follow directions to the Casino and the beach, then turn left at the Casino and continue for approximately 1 km.
By train:
Arcachon or Bordeaux (TGV) railway stations.
By plane:
Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (45 minutes).
