Abbey. You are also a few minutes from the National Gallery which houses one of
the greatest collections of European paintings in the world.
In this area, busy streets are lined with shops leading down to Covent Garden
and Oxford Street. Nearby, St James' Park is a perfect place to take a break
from the bustle of the city.
Absolute musts: the Church of St Martin in the Fields, a gem of baroque
architecture, a venue for lunchtime and evening concerts.
The Apart'hotel is located close to the River Thames and The
National Gallery and its impressive collection of paintings. After your visit to
the Gallery, feed the pigeons at Trafalgar Square which the National Gallery
opens out to.
After the National Gallery, take a leisurely stroll through St James' park
before visiting Buckingham Palace. Along the way, find yourself immersed in the
lively atmosphere of Piccadilly Circus, at the edge of Soho. Afterwards, take in
a show at the artistic centre of South Bank, home to the National Theatre, Royal
Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall, and then head to one of the plentiful
traditional English pubs to round off your evening before heading back to your
Apart'hotel.
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer, a fully-equipped
kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, fridge and dishwasher, TV
with satellite channels, a direct-line phone, hi-fi system and safe deposit box.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are
changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is
available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 14
