This regency style apartment block located in Maida Vale is a short walk away from Little Venice  and is one of London's foremost residential addresses. The block of apartments is approximately 2 miles from Marble Arch, Oxford Street and approximately one mile from Regent's Park.

The apartments themselves were designed in the 90's and are spacious with a selection of one or two bedrooms each offering private entrance and video entry phone system. The spacious lounge is equipped with remote control colour television and video recorder. Kitchens are fully fitted with washer/dryer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge freezer.

Other facilities include two marbled bathrooms in the two bedrooms apartments, trouser press and hairdryer.
