Cancellation & Early Departure: For early
departure no refunds possible. All cancellations must be notified
immediately by telephone and then confirmed in writing. Once the booking has
been confirmed, no refunds will be given unless a minimum of 4 weeks notice is
given, subject to strictly at the owner's
or the management 's of the accommodation
discretion less 30% cancellation fee. Booking of the accommodation will be
automatically cancelled if balance of total payment is not reached by Holiday
Serviced Apartments in due date as per our statement or prior of check in time.

The management or owners of the apartment require their
own letting agreement to be signed and a security deposit between
£100/£250 plus any credit card charges depending on the number of the
occupants. The appropriate documents and any contact details will be
forwarded shortly after the accommodation has been confirmed.
