The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building , there is a full time doorman . There is also full laundry facility in the building.
The interior: studio, fully equipped kitchen, fairly large size bathroom, can accommodate 4 guests. There is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed. It is a lovely studio, comfortable with all modern amenities.
The neighbourhood is residential , yet very close to a busy section of the town. Theatre district , restaurant row, close to Chelsea , good access to transportation to get anywhere in town.
The original actor’s studio is in the same block .
Neighbourhood: West of the Theatre District is a residential neighbourhood known as Clinton. This Midtown area has undergone an amazing revival. Its new residents are young professionals, theatre people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). Lots of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets cater to the rapidly growing newcomers.
