The bedroom off the living room has a single platform/loft bed with a Vanity and a window, opened by a glass door. The salon, in addition to the sofa/bed, has an easy chair, 2 windows, area rugs, a TV with cable, and a desk with chair and dresser. It overlooks First avenue. The bedroom off the salon has single loft bed and single bed, an oversized padded wicker chair, 2 lamps, and a TV, also overlooking First avenue. The only air conditioner is in the living room. (It is large and very powerful). There are also ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room. The owner has creatively upgraded many details in the apartment. The apartment is not pink but red.
The owner has a cat and might ask the tenants to feed it. It is not required to clean the Litter box and it is outside the apartment on the balcony and the cat has access through a cat door.
Neighbourhood: You are located in a hub of activity that TIME OUT magazine recently recognized as one of the best in the city for its restaurants in particular. Name your favourite food and there is likely a restaurant here for you! (Italian, Mexican, Chinese, French, Thai, Vietnamese, Polish, Vegetarian, and more!) The area is full of clubs (one of the most famous, “Lucky Chengs” is just outside the door!), bars, boutiques, pizza parlours, gift shops, pharmacies, shoe repair (across the street), locksmith (across the street), antique and bric-a-brac stores, record and CD stores, video shops, markets, and delicatessens. One of the most famous parks in the city, Tompkins Square Park, is within just a few minutes by foot where one can take meals, play chess, relax or play chess. Walk around the block and you’re in famous Katz’s delicatessen, which serves the biggest sandwiches in the city! Next door is Orchard street, where on the weekends the street is closed for shoppers.
