view of Manhattan (739 square feet). 24-hour doorman
building. The apt faces south gets lots of sun.
15-minute car ride from LaGuardia Airport. 1 subway
stop to Manhattan.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed in this apt.
Living room: The Living room is huge with great
shutters on the windows (to control the sunlight).
TV with basic cable and stereo. A dining area with
table and chairs is part of the Living room with a
pass through to the Kitchen. Views of Manhattan
include the Empire State Building and the Chrysler
Building.
Kitchen: The kitchen is galley style and there are 2
entrances to the kitchen (from the Living room and
the entrance hall). Black & White Ceramic tile floor
in the kitchen. Appliances include Dishwasher,
Microwave. Fully equipped with dishes, glasses,
silverware, pots and pans.
Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with southern exposure and
view of Manhattan. Lots of closet space-closet
stretches one side of room.

Transportation: The F train stops on Roosevelt
Island and is 1 stop to Manhattan (63rd & Lexington)
the commute to Times Squares only a few stops about
15 minutes. There is also a Tram that runs every 15
minutes and lets you off @ 2Ave & 60th St. the Tram
runs till 1am during the week and 3am on the
weekends making it a safe option for getting home.
Dining options on the Island includes: Starbuck's,
Pizza, diner, Chinese and deli. There is also a
grocery store. Best bets Pizza and the Trellis
Diner.
There is a Queens Bus that comes on the Island as
well taking you to Astoria for great Greek,
Columbian and Italian food.
