This apartment offers two bedrooms as a bed and breakfast style accommodation. The owner provides daily continental breakfast including coffee, juice, cereal, and toast. The apartment views out towards Central Park north and with its fifth floor, location offers plentiful views southward.

The 1st bedroom available is about 200 square feet and includes a full sized bed as well as a twin pull out sofa. It is perfect for a couple of a family with one older child. There is a TV and VCR, which are connected to digital cable. There is also a desk, which is a perfect place to use a laptop. There is plenty of storage in the large dresser in the room. This room offers the best views of the park facing directly south.
The 2nd bedroom available is about 150 square feet and includes a queen sized bed. This room like the other included a TV and VCR/DVD, which are connected to cable. There is also plenty of storage in this room in the dresser. There is air conditioning. The views out of this room are not directly of the park but it is possible to sneak a peak of the grass.
The 3nd bedroom available is a bit smaller about 130 square feet and includes a twin sized bed. This room like the other included a TV and VCR/DVD. There are air conditioning, ceiling Fan, desk and computer.
The dining room/siting room is a shared area and includes a dining table for four people, and several easy chairs for relaxing. There is a table in the hall just outside the dining room which has brochures of many of the main New York attraction in New York and the owner places a subway map and other brochures in each guestroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything necessary for making a meal during your stay. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and more. There are plenty of spices and basic cooking needs in the cabinets as well as plenty of dishes and pots and pans.
The location is convenient to much of Manhattan by the 2,3 subway at Central Park North 2 blocks to the East. This train can take you to midtown locations in just 10 minutes via express service. The B,C also provides service from Central Park North just one block to the West.
The park offers many convenient features within walking distance of the apartment including a running track and a swimming pool.
