This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor.
This studio apartment is located on 49th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue in Midtown West in a pre-war walk-up building.
The apartment measures approximately 400 SQF and sleeps four people comfortably. The floors are wooden and the walls are decorated with lovely pictures and paintings.
Enter the apartment there are two windows providing a sufficient amount of day- light.
The open kitchen is very functional and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and a sufficient supply of cooking utensils.
The living area is established with a Queen sized Murphy-bed and a Queen sized sofa bed. There is also a little coffee table and the TV with cable, the VCR and stereo are stationed across the sofa. Wireless internet connection is provided. There is also a little round glass dining table with seats for four guests.
The bathroom is conventional, it is established with a tub, shower, sink and a WC. There are towels and sheets provided. The phone is available for local phone calls.
NEIGHBOURHOOD: Located within steps of New York’s infamous Broadway theatre district, near the Javitz Centre and just off of Times Square, the area is always full of energy and excitement. A multitude of entertainment is nearby including a wide range of Broadway and off Broadway musicals and plays, virtual reality games and rides, as well as countless movie theatres, including a local second run theatre. Gray Line Bus tours, Circle line Boat tours, and helicopter tours are just a few blocks walk from the front door. The Clinton neighbourhood has everything New York can offer, including three health clubs; several wine and gourmet food stores, numerous bars and clubs for all interests and many traditional, ethnic and off beat restaurants are all within a short walking radius. Herald square, a major department store, Madison square garden and the Jacob Javitis Centre are all minutes away by foot, subway or taxi.
ACCESS: Public transportation is conveniently located nearby. You’ll be four blocks from the C & E (8th Avenue) subways and eight blocks from the 1, 2, 3 & 9 (7th Avenue) and N &R (Broadway) subways. Numerous bus routes run through the neighbourhood, and taxis are never scarce.
