Building: apartment house , 1890 building designed by a very famous
architect , 3rd floor walk up.
Interior: There is 14 windows in this apartment and the sun light coming
through is a delight. You have a view to the street and the backyard . The
apartment is very quiet . You enter and you will face the living room, then
the other room on your right is the dining room with a wonderful large table
and 6 chairs and a separate kitchen renovated 6 years ago. The walls have
been freshly painted , wood floors, high ceiling , long corridors, the
bedrooms and the bathroom are all the way to the back. One bedroom has a
queen bed and the other has 2 single sized beds. There is enough of closet
space. The apartment is magnificent in size and original design, it feels
like being in a house. The owner prefers quiet and non smoking guests.
There is Broadband internet access in the apartment.
Neighbourhood: Chelsea is Manhattan's newest trendy neighbourhood desired
for its art galleries, plethora of restaurants, interesting shopping and the
availability of sports activities and entertainment available at the Chelsea
Piers. Access to Hudson River water front for walks, biking . Transportation
is abundant with two main subway lines and several bus lines all within two
blocks. There are great nightclubs, coffeehouses, bars, restaurants, and
Off-Broadway theatres.

the south, Fifth Avenue to the east and the Hudson River
