The loft is located in downtown Manhattan in Chelsea. It is on the fifth
floor and is facing south. This mint condition loft is one of the rarest in
Chelsea. It is 1,100 square feet with exceptional light.
The apartment has oversized windows that face south. It has six rooms and is
newly renovated. It is a spacious artist living loft and is close to all
public transportation. There are two bedrooms, a Jacuzzi bathroom, a garden

dryer. The freight elevator opens and might be available in the early
