The area around Via Giulia is a wonderful section to
wonder through and get the feeling of daily life as carried
on in a centuries old-setting. This is an elegant
residential area of the city with it’s cobblestoned streets
and antique shops, somehow remains peaceful giving the feel
a Rome long since past.
This large apartment is on the second floor of a restored
16th Century building (with elevator). It has about 130 sq.m.
There is a foyer that leads to a bright living-room with 2
tall windows overlooking Via Giulia.
The high golden ceiling is a hand painted fresco with
exposed wooden beams and the floor is terra-cotta. There is
a comfortable double sofa-bed, 2 arm-chairs, a wood chest of
drawers and a dining area.
A long hallway that leads to the night area where the
bedrooms are internal so they are so quiet.
The first bedroom has 2 twin beds (joinable into a queen
size bed) and a wardrobe.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a
dressing miror, a chest of drawers and two chairs. As you
can see in this photo, the room has only a window almost
near the ceiling.

The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a
bath-tub/hand-held shower, heated towel racks and it is
tiled with ceramics.
There is a second full bathroom with a box-shower and heated
towel racks. It is tiled with white & green ceramics.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking
supplies. There is also a marble kitchen-table with 2
chairs.
Amenities: telephone, TV, washing-machine, dish-washer,
stove top, microwave, hair-dryer, iron, ironing board,
air-conditioning in the bedrooms only and independent
heating.
