The apartment it's located in a registered historical building dated 1663. This 200 square meters apartment is equipped with a state-of-the-art remote controlled electronic heater and air conditioning. The large living area is furnished with a dining-table and leather chairs, bridge table, coffee table, desk, sofa-bed for 2 persons and sofa bed for one guest. Most of the furniture are very nice antiques from the Napoleon III and Louis-Philippe periods. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, stove and a washer/dryer. The three bathrooms are fully accessorized and includes even a Jacuzzi shower. The three master bedrooms have comfortable beds and a very large closets.

Notes:
For visitors who wish to explore Rome on foot, this is an excellent point from which to do so, the marvellous Spanish Steps district includes the Fontana di Trevi, Quirinale, Piazza del Popolo and of course the Piazza di Spagna. From your doorstep, in around 5 minutes on foot you are also at the Piazza Navona, Pantheon e Campo de' Fiori . All major attractions in the centre of Rome are thus within walking distance.
