Description Located in Palermo, in a small seaside village called Arenella, this property enjoys an exceptional view of the sea and the coast of Palermo. The charming apartment, on the 1° floor of a building from the late 19th century, has been completely renovated on respect of the original historic characters, so you have the original decorated flooring surrounded with parquet, ceiling with wooden beams and arched ceilings. The apartment, of about 95 sq. meters, where it is possible to accommodate up to 7 people, is fully furnished with nice furniture and it is complete with linen, cutlery and plates, kitchenware etc. The apartment has sea views in the front and a nice large terrace on the back that looks over Monte Pellegrino, furnished with table, seats and a big umbrella. The access is through a nice square with the sea and an old tonnara building in front, where it will be easy to park the car. The apartment is all at one level excepting two lofts upstairs (one with a double bed and the other with a queen sized bed) that you reach with small narrow stairs (10 steps almost). the ceiling with wooden beams of the lofts are not high but you have only to sleep there. There is a double living room with sofa bed, separate sofa and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub, a second bedroom with a single bed downstairs and a loft over it with a double bed. There is also a double bedroom on a loft over the first living room and a bathroom with shower accessed from the hall. 

Amenities Maid is not included but can be given at additional cost of 15 Euros per hour. The apartment has both heat and air conditioning and the most of it (double living room with dining area and the kitchen) faces the sea and the coast of Palermo and an old charming Tonnara building in front. The kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a clothes washer. Children are not accepted under 5 years, because the small steep stairs inside that leads to the lofts could be dangerous for small children. Prices include linens, final cleaning and stove gas, electricity and central heat and air conditioning. Minimum rental is 2 nights (prorated). High season is from 15 May to 15 September. The refundable security deposit of 500 Euros will be collected by the owner on check in and returned to you less any breakage fees when you depart.
