The charming  renovated apartment of about 95 sq. meters, on the 1° floor of a building from the late 19th century, accommodate up to 7 people.  The apartment has sea views in the front and a nice large terrace on the back that looks over Monte Pellegrino, furnished with table, seats and a big umbrella. The access is through a nice square with the sea and an old tonnara building in front, where it will be easy to park the car. 
Amenities Maid is not included but can be given at additional cost of 15 Euros per hour. Air conditioning, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a clothes washer.  Prices include linens, final cleaning and stove gas, electricity and central heat and air conditioning. The refundable security deposit of 500 Euros will be collected by the owner on check in and returned to you less any breakage fees when you depart..
