Right at the door of your Apart'hotel are streets full of shops, open-air markets and discreet lanes and squares. Not far away, the flea market at Porte de Vanves and the charming Parc Montsouris are ideal places to take in the vibe of the city.

Choice of Apart'hotel
The 3-star establishment offers you 79 conditioned apartments over 6 floors, including 55 two-person studios and 24 one-bedroom apartments for 3 to 4 people. All apartments are fully air conditioned. In the studios, there are sofas or pullout beds. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and one double or two single beds in the bedroom.

The perfect location to experience and savour Parisian life, this Apart'hotel is situated in an area filled with little shops, markets, quiet streets and little gardens. The flea market at porte de Vanves are not for away and for even more shopping, check out Rue d'Alésia.

Only a ten minute drive away, Montsouris and Georges Brassens Parks are perfect spots for those who love to walk. In the evening, head up to Montparnasse (3 metro stations away) and enjoy the Bourdelle museum, numerous theatres and cinemas and dine at any of its many stylish restaurants.

Comfort and Convenience
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer, with separate toilet in studios and one-bedroom apartments, a fully-equipped kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge. Each apartment has a TV with Canal+ and satellite channels, safe deposit box, hi-fi system and direct-line phone. All our studios and apartments are fully air-conditioned.

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 6 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
