Step One: Enquiry

To enquire about available accommodation, please complete the relevant enquiry form Or  email us at  reservations@holidayapartments.co.uk

Ensure to include: 

  • Full name of party
  • Total number in party total adults and ages of children under 12
  • Check in date and check out date
  • Name of the Aparthotel Apartment, hotel,  etc. Choice of three preferences if possible.
    Location (essential) ie: London, Rome 5 stars hotel, Costa Del Sol -Torremolinos, French South Coast, French Mountain Resort etc.
  • Accommodation required, i.e. If apartment studio, 1 bedroom, hotel room, double, single, triple, etc. Hotels: single, double, triple, etc and any other requirements
  • Category of accommodation if applicable ( budget, tourist, standard, superior, luxury, or deluxe, )
  • Maximum budget, if available what is requested is not available.

Step Two: Response

  • We respond with by email, fax or phone with a proposal offer to your request  or alternative to the nearest category, budget and location for accommodation  availability at the time the offer is sent.  Please note that our listed prices may change without prior notice. All special offers are advised accordingly.
  • Although the offer of accommodation  may have available at the time communicating, we are not able to give an option to confirm by until we receive your approval to go ahead. We would therefore appreciate it  if you would reply by return.
  • We aim to respond to your enquiry the same working day  or within 24 working hours as received - time differences permitting.

On receipt of our offer of the accommodation by either email or phone, complete the three easy short stages online order form ORDER FORM . and please ensure to include:

INSTRUCTION TO PROCEED WITH BOOKING
Once you complete the form, we will contact you by phone to process your credit card payment.
The accommodation was available at the time the offer was made.
On receipt your instruction to proceed  form, provided the accommodation is still available, we will call you during working hours
London Time 9.30 am to 5.00 pm (We close UK bank holidays, Christian and Jewish festivities)
ALTERNATIVELY
You can call us during working hours to provide us with your credit card details
Once the credit card payment is processed , you will receive an immediate confirmation from our
Merchant Bank to confirm payment has gone through or otherwise

Your instructions to confirm form must be received by the option date if supplied or as soon as possible and must include the following:

  • Party's name, address, full contact details and arrival and departure dates.

  • If a choice of accommodation was offered, the particular choice or choices accepted in order of preference.

  • Payment: confirmation deposit as per terms & conditions of offer made. The full payment is always due at least 1 month prior to arrival.

  • At time of charging, we convert the foreign currency quoted into GB Pds except when payment is in Euro or US Dollars in bankers drafts or bank transfer. We accept the following cards: Switch, Delta, Visa, MasterCard (We do not accept American Express). We also accept Bankers Drafts, Foreign Money Order, and Direct Bank Transfers, bank details on request, and clear of all bank charges.

  •  We require a completed booking form and a copy of the card holder's signed photographic identification: passport, driver's license, etc. (credit card Batch Codes to be included: For Amex cards, please include the 4 digit batch code found after card number. For all other cards, please quote the last 3 digits found at the reverse of your card/signature strip.) 
    (Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge on the total amount to be added to the amount to be charged.  For  Maestro, Delta where applicable, please include "Valid from Date" and "Expires End Date"  on the booking form. The surcharge will not be refunded on the return of deposits, cancellation or any other payments or part of payments.

  • For Direct Bank Transfer in GB Pds, Euro or US Dollars, we can supply account details on request. The payment received into our account must be clear of all bank charges.

Step Four: Confirmation Response

Within 48 working hours hours, we will send confirmation by email, fax or post quoting the booking reference number.
