Check-in Procedure

• Check in: usually checking in the apartments is between 13.00  and 19.30 - Of  course the check in can be flexible- clients can check in before 13.00-  provided the apartment was empty the day before.

• For check in after 19.00 and on Sunday is required a sum of 20 Euro plus be given directly to the key holder.

• Check in on bank holidays (Jan 1^st; April 7^th and 8^th,  May 1^st; Aug 15^th; Nov 1^st; dec 8^th;, Dec 24^th after 15.00; Dec 25^th, Dec 26^th; Dec 31^st after 15.00): a sum of 20 Euro is to be given to the key holder.

• Check  out:  Must be before 11.00. A later check out can only can be arranged directly with the key holders and may be agreed if there is no same day check in with new guests.

• Always ensure to have our representative's contact telephone numbers. All gusts must call the number provided immediately upon arrival at the airport/station to arrange time to meet the key holder.

• All bookings must have full arrival details:
  Full Flight Details
  Port of disembarkation i.e. Airport/Station
  Mobile/Sell number if available

• Most apartments are subject to final cleaning charge.
