Management Requirements.

The management or owners of the apartment will only accept a confirmed booking on receipt of credit card charge instructions and in some cases, in addition, their own signed agreement. An amount will be charged against telephone calls, damages or extension of stay, if any. If you are satisfied and accept these conditions,  please continue as  the additional credit card form; a copy of the agreement, if required, will be faxed or posted under a separate cover. All other terms remain the same. 

Due to the high demand, any enquiry of less than 6 weeks for the summer period (May - September) will be offered a waiting list only, and we will get in touch if there is any availability. We do our very best to accommodate everyone but availability is dependent on the pattern of booking, and we cannot offer any guarantees.
