100% of the total value of the booking will be charged at the time of
booking.
80% of the total value is non refundable should you wish to cancel
your booking you have to do so up to 40 days prior to check in date
After this date full amount is non refundable

MAID SERVICE
Prices quoted are inclusive of management's VAT.
1-6 nights light cleaning every day and full clean with change of linen
and towels on the 3rd day of stay - additional cleaning and change of
towels is chargeable and payable on departure
7 nights plus once a week or every 3 days full clean to include linen
and towels . Extra towels, linen and maid service is chargeable payable
at end of stay or on check in.
Additional maid service charges payable on arrival.

Pre-authorisation places a temporary hold on the balance of the
card, money may be debited.
This hold will affect the available balance or spending limit for
the duration of the stay.
For longer stays, the building will pre-authorize at check-in and
re-issue before departure.
The pre-authorization is used to cover incidental items including
(but not limited to):
breaches in terms and conditions, breakages / damages, excessive
cleaning charges
above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left
