IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES In order to keep cost down,
drivers will go in to the terminals 30 minutes after the flight has
landed. Drives will wait an extra 45
minutes for clients to make contact. Please request telephone number of driver on confirming. Excess after 45 minutes will be charged at the rate of
£18.00 per half hour. In normal circumstances
the 45 minutes sufficient time
for clients to make contact with there driver. For private or un-serviced apartment: For aparthotels or where there is
a 24 hour reception,
the supplement charges to be paid directly to the driver. The above prices do not include the Xmas and
the New Year periods. It is the clients obligation to make contact with their driver at the airport- he will be waiting at the arrival gate with the lead name on a large card. Clients names will not be announced on the Tannoy system. We cannot accept any responsibility for the clients missing a driver. Any problems must be telephoned through to the mobile telephone number provided before leaving the airport in question. Please note: The driver will take the clients luggage from the airport and bring at the entrance and due to parking restrictions he will not be able to take luggage any further. All transfers in from London Airports to Central London allow one hour from actual flight landing for passengers to make contact with drivers. Car reservation procedure:
Payment: Prepaid with the accommodation provided the accommodation has been booked through Holiday Serviced Apartments Ltd. All Credit Card payments are subject to 4%. surcharge.
